NAEIS Gatherings
An annual gathering for members
is a highlight of NAEIS. Prominent national leaders and NAEIS
colleagues discuss current national issues and lead a variety
of workshops on practical "how-to" skills for ecumenical
and interreligious staff. Professional development seminars
have included themes such as fund raising, agency management,
and spiritual dimensions of ecumenical and interreligious
leadership. Personal sharing, support, networking, spiritual
growth and lived experience of racial and ethnic diversity
are valued aspects of the annual retreat. Families are
welcome.
